Who handles your information
Armat Isufi operates Luma Digital and is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@lumadigital.dev.
What we collect and why
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, selected services and project message. We use these details to respond, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. Handling an enquiry may involve steps before a contract; protecting the website and maintaining relevant correspondence serves our legitimate interests. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Where enquiries go
Contact-form enquiries are stored in our website’s database on Lovable Cloud. Brevo sends an internal notification to the owner’s Gmail inbox, provided by Google. Direct emails to info@lumadigital.dev are forwarded through ImprovMX. These providers process information to provide hosting, storage and email delivery. We do not sell enquiry information or use it to sign you up for marketing. Providers may process information in other countries; applicable safeguards depend on their terms and the law that applies.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information while handling your request and any resulting project, and where needed for relevant business records or legal obligations. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule, and a fixed retention period has not yet been set. You can request deletion by email; we will explain if any information must be retained by law.
Cookies, preferences and technical information
The website remembers your chosen language in browser storage and a language cookie, which lasts up to one year. Hosting and error-reporting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and errors to operate and secure the website. We have not added a Meta Pixel or advertising-tracking script. A Facebook link takes you to Facebook, where Meta’s own privacy policies apply.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy. Contact info@lumadigital.dev to make a request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
